My Professional Journey
I am Dr. Ramkinkar Jha, currently leading Orthopaedics (Unit III) at Artemis Hospital, Gurugram, where my team and I focus on delivering advanced, evidence-based orthopaedic care aligned with global standards. Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of performing and supervising thousands of orthopaedic procedures, ranging from routine joint replacements to some of the most complex trauma reconstructions and revision surgeries.
My professional journey has been shaped by rigorous academic training at AIIMS New Delhi, followed by advanced international exposure in joint reconstruction, robotic surgery, sports medicine, and musculoskeletal oncology across the UK, Singapore, Hong Kong, Switzerland, and other global centres. I have also served as faculty and trainer for AO, ATLS, and mulple internaonal orthopedic courses. This exposure has allowed me to adopt cutting-edge techniques, including robotic-assisted joint replacement, minimally invasive arthroscopy, and limb-preserving oncological surgery.
Beyond surgery, I am deeply involved in medical education, research, and mentorship, having trained young orthopaedic surgeons and contributed to academic publications and national and international teaching programs. My focus has always been on precision, safety, ethical practice, and long-term patient outcomes.
